Well I can't believe how long it's been since I wrote anything, mind you some things never change so if nothing happens I'll not bore you. Since I last wrote I have managed to get the new Christmas cd set from Joanna and what can I say? It is as fantastic as promised and I have already started to make some cards with it much to the dismay of my fellow workers when I told them. I have had a few people ask me to make cards and that is such a boost even if it is only the same few.

I am just in the process of making a birthday card for a friends mother, they are not close but I feel that she wants to make the move to a better understanding, I guess it's a case of getting older and realising that our parents aren't here forever and we need to make the most of them while we have them with us.

In the garden we have several bird feeders and a table, this suits most of the birds we get in this area but unfortunately we seem to be attracting a mouse family. Last time this happened the guy next door was forever setting traps and killing them so it looks like I'm going to have to wean the birds off being dependant on us for a while. I don't want them moving in but I can't stand the thought of killing them.

I am having two weeks off work soon so will let you know where we end up and what we get up to, if anything!
